ABOUT OUR YOGA

For us here in the garden, the body and mind are connected, and we find a part of that connection through Yoga. It has become a part of living a healthy life – physical movement, meditation, and nutritious food. It is a pleasure to share the calm and focus of Yoga with you, and we invite you to join us for Yoga on Thursdays, either in the morning session or the afternoon session.

We teach Hatha Yoga and welcome all levels of experience, Yoga meets you where you are in the moment and can be adapted to your experience and level for the day. Our goal is for you to develop balance, flexibility, strength, and tranquility in our Yoga studios – one in the lodge and one in the sunflower arbor, tucked away in a secluded part of the garden. After all our Yoga sessions, feel free to stay and enjoy a cup of tea in one of our relaxation areas at the lodge or the garden.


MORNNG YOGA SATURDAYS 09:00 ~ 10:00

The morning sun shines into the lodge, and we greet the day with a calm yoga session designed to prepare the body and mind for the day. The goal is to find presence and flexibility at the pace that the body finds comfort in.


AFTERNOON YOGA THURSDAYS 17:30 ~ 18:30

On the days when we have nice weather, we will do yoga outside in the sunflower arbor, to be with nature and enjoy the tranquility it brings. We find gentle flows in the movements where you can challenge your body and mind as it suits you, and we finish with a peaceful meditation.
